Southern Whiskey & Cracked Pepper Rib Rebellion
PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS
Season your choice of pork ribs with salt & pepper, baste generously with our sauce, wrap in foil and place on baking sheet. Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until fork tender. Unwrap, baste with more sauce and return to oven for 5 minutes. Serve with additional sauce for dipping.
INGREDIENTS: Cider vinegar, water, tomato paste, brown sugar, molasses, whiskey, onion, salt, Worcestershire sauce (white vinegar, black strap molasses, glucose-fructose, onion, anchovies, water, salt, garlic, tamarind extract, spices, flavour), canola oil, smoked paprika (paprika, smoke powder [maltodextrin, mesquite flavor]), mustard, garlic puree (garlic, citric acid), cracked black pepper, spices.
