Black Mission Fig Infused Balsamic Vinegar

A Wildly Delicious original since 1995.  Dark, sweet black mission figs, rich balsamic vinegar and a hint of Sherry are cooked into this compelling vinegar. Use in sauces, as a de-glazing liquid, in reductions, salad dressings and marinades.

INGREDIENTS: Balsamic vinegar, Sugars (sugar, maple syrup), Maple flavour, Mustard powder.
