Beef Barbacoa Slow Cook Sauce
Slow Cooked Beef Barbacoa Tacos
1.4 Kg beef chuck roast,large cubed. 1 medium onion, thick sliced. ½ bottle WD Barbacoa Sauce. In a slow cooker sear beef on all sides in 2TBS oil. Add onion, sauce and ½ cup beer or water. Cook on high for 3-4 hrs until meat is fork tender. Remove meat and shred then return it to the pot with the cooking juices. Serve with warm tortillas, chopped cilantro and pico de gallo.
